You check availability & price
Vacation by Host operates on an inquiry introduction model. Dates, guest count and message go directly to the host's inbox.
The host replies directly
Availability, total price, house rules — by email, no middleman. All rental agreements, stay terms, house rules, and payment arrangements are conducted directly between the traveller and the host.
No guest fees
We never charge travellers a booking fee or service fee. The nightly rates, cleaning fees, and deposits you see are set directly by property hosts, with no guest commission added at any stage.
Flat annual host fee
Instead of extracting a percentage from every booking, Vacation by Host charges property hosts a single flat annual fee. Because we take zero commission on stays, hosts can offer their best direct pricing.
Who runs this site
An accountability route, not a support desk.
Operator identity
Vacation by Host is operated independently by Vacation by Host. For administrative, legal, or platform matters, you can reach the operator at admin@vacationbyhost.com.
Not a traveller support desk
Vacation by Host does not operate a traveller customer support desk or booking helpline. Questions regarding specific properties, dates, or reservations should be sent directly to the property host via the inquiry form on the property page.
